One piece seamless 22 gauge (0.8mm) flange provided with 1/4" (6mm) return for rigidity. Dispenser door hung on continuous stainless steel piano hinge and fitted with tumbler lock. Self-closing push door lettered "NAPKIN DISPOSAL" "PUSH", and hung on full length stainless steel piano hinge. Container is removable for servicing. Dispenses 2 rolls of toilet tissue. All welded construction.
